Yeahh some people say that sleep and eat will recharging our mind.. Hmm, but for me thats only will recharge our body , because after that we will stuck (again) in the point of saturate.

When you said that you are hungry or sleepy that means you need to recharge your body! You need food and rest!

But that was a different case when you say that you need something to recharge your mind. Its like something that can make your creativity become more fresh! Makes you get a fresh idea!

So some people say that travelling can get themselves more productive than before. Some people say that going to cinema , some people say that flirting calling will make their fresh idea comes , some people say having a french kiss will be make they creativity comes. And some people say masturbate can help they are to get fresh idea, and somepeople say having sex would be a good way to get an idea...
